My boys we've made friends now local neighborhood soulfood for the area much needed. That pecan butter with that cornbread it's the truth. Rib Tips. Pulled pork potato salad and a piece of rum cake. Night Night afterward. Lol Ask for Reggie

The crab cake is so delicious, it is a must try! I've had Timbuktu and others places, The Tender Rib's crab cake is the best ever.

This is handsdown one of the best BBQ joints in thw area! Stumbled on to this.place today. Great customer service & fast. Serving size is worth what you pay. Fries, tips, dirty rice, chicken, and greens were all good. Everything was made to order. Definitely recommend!

My Gosh! The absolute BEST Maryland Crabcake on the Planet!
The dishes must be prepared by a Grill Master with magical hands because the Ribs and Chicken were superb, however when I added the Homemade Barbecue Sauce, I thought I'd died and gone to BBQ Heaven!
Conveniently located across the street from Andrews Air Force Base, I was blown away by their Friendly Staff and exceptional Customer Service!
With a vast array of pleasing side dishes, don't try comparing The Tender Rib to your average soul food establishment.
...Did I mention the Crabcake? Made with little to no filler, you get a colossal cake made of tender lump crab and served with their special sauce!

On a visit to Maryland, my sister recommended we stop by TTR. Though the strip mall it's located in was a little sketchy, I was reminded to not judge a book by its cover! TTR has a small counter for waiting or enjoying your meal and was tuned into to HS basketball while I was there. They have a display by the order window with recreations of their signature dishes. There is also an overhead full menu with paper menus at the register. I missed the lunch special by 30 minutes, but the dinner portions were quite generous. I got the 4 wing + collards and potato salad and was pleased with how the wings are made to order and the sides seemed fresh that day. I'm a big skeptic of eating wings from others, but it was excellent! For folks who are unsure of what they plan to order, TTR offers samples of many of their dishes--I observed a couple sample the fish and ribs and they proceeded to order full portions. I'd love to go back next time I'm in Maryland.
